Minutes of the Meeting of 10th December 2020 Venue Neo's Sports Bar Pegeia and on Zoom.

Greetings fellow writers.

Present at today's meeting: Rick Mike Dee Derek Gina.

Zoom attendees John Bob Jennie.

Apologies from June and Nikki.

Gina led the meeting with Rick on technology and Dee taking the Minutes. Thanks to Bob for the ongoing use of his Zoom account.

Readings began:

Bob: A chapter from his work in progress, When the main protagonist, Carver brings the United States law enforcement up to date on similar crimes to the one they are investigating.

From one of the three selections of last week's homework

Dee: 'Aliens'. A sci-fi adventure.

Mike: 'Born to die'. A very entertaining and whimsical historical account of the life and times of Prince Charles.

Derek: '1966'. A very sad and sombre time frame with the horrific events of that year and the counterpoint of England winning the World Cup against Germany.

John: 'Perchance to dream.' A cleverly contrived story about time travel.

Homework for next week: 'Our Generation'.

With a new shutdown coming in to place the rest of the year has to switch to Zoom /Skype.Next week will be our last meeting of. 2020.
