Minutes of our meeting of 21 October 2021 Venue Coral Star Hotel Pegeia

Greetings Scribes.

Meeting commenced at 10-30. Mike Rick Jennifer and Derek were at the new venue They were joined on Skype by June, Nikki, June, Bob and John.

Apologies: Dee and Gina.

Rick led the meeting on site and John took the minutes online.

Rick started things off by reading the next leg of his journey along the A 259 on the South Coast of England “Chapter 3 St Leonards to Bexhill.”

Nikki read: “Filigree Favours”

Derek read: “In the Dark.” Based on last week’s prompt “In the dark the door slowly opened.”

John read: “Lady Hillingdon’s Fantasy.” Also based on the last week’s prompt

Mike read: “The Door Opened.”

Jennifer read: a further chapter of her work in progress “Defiled.”

Bob read: a further chapter of “Breath Again.”

Prompt for next week as we are close to Halloween: Write something Spooky.

Meeting closed at 12 00. With thanks to the staff for looking after us with great coffee.
