Rosie introduced herself in rapping form with a description of herself
Mike – Legalised Corruption.
How Cyprus dealt with the loss of six hundred million pounds from tourism, during the Covid crisis. Various measures taken in fines for the population. Or not depending who you knew!
Julien - Small Boy
A small boy deals with corruption by turning to religion, told in rhyme.
Susie – Corruption 3 brains and the life of Brian.
An analysis of corruption the cause and results. A good natured youth comes to the rescue of a young girl who is being threatened by a group of yobs, just by standing next to her. Rewarded with a kiss.
Irene – Fun in the Sun.
The sun and the solar system examined, followed by Irene’s recollections of her early life and fun in the sun and holidays.
Richard – Fun in the Sun
An alternative take on Shirley Valentine, cleverly told to keep you guessing.
June – Fun in the Sun
The Orchestra tour in the continent hot sunny days, the musicians get sunburn and look like lobsters, culminating with a semi final football match between England and Germany, down to the wire, Germany won amidst great celebrations.
Glen – Fun in the Sun
Recollection of summer holidays of sixty years ago, playing with your mates, then early teenage years you discover GIRLS! Glens experience of fixing a girls bike, which leads to a ‘First Love’ situation. He never forgot her. Fifty years on over here he bought a set of golf clubs and discovered a new interest with a couple of mates big and little Keith.
JohnG – Life on Earth
John’s story of the reversal of the magnetic field of planet Earth will it turn everything on it’s head?
Suzanne – Easter eggs 1964
She recalls a a child spending Easter at her Grandparents houe in Bavaria, with her two cousins both boys. An Easter egg hunt in the garden, the two boys gorge on the chocolate, but she puts hers away. The boys find them and eat them all up! On complaining to her uncle she is told that it is her own fault. Spoken like a true Nazi.
Jennifer – Fun in the Sun
A childhood trip to Brighton, all crammed in a Morris Minor plus the dog Play on the beach, a picnic lunch then an afternoon on the pier amusement arcades, all gone now, the pier collapsed many years later.
Anne – The Interview
When the Tsada Golf course was built in the nineties, the church donated the land and the Bishop oversaw the building of it he didn’t have a clue and amid many complaints agreed to be interviewed on live TV. The interviewer made him look ridiculous and ended up being threatened by the Bishop as he stormed out. Everybody laughed at the Bishop and the golf course was built without his help/ The Bishop went on to greater things.
Patti - St Patrick and Guinness
A well researched history of St Patrick and of the Guinness brewery started in 1759 with a 9000 year lase on the building, At one time the largest brewery in the world.
Bob – The Darkening Sun
The police team conyinue to hunt for the killer Achilles and a lady counsellor go to the victims family. His mother asks Achilles to promise that he will find the killer.
The largest meeting in recent history with varied subjects. Good stuff!
