Glen - Poster Boys

Rita was a larger than life character that Glen met in Cyprus some three or four years ago. Her stories of her life in London’s East End in the sixties have the basis for an interesting book. Glen wants to take this on and is asking advice from the group as to the best way to approach it.

Mike – The final flight of mankind.

The story of man’s attempt to find another Planet to replace Earth which they have destroyed. But who or what is watching over the complicated process, when will it step in?

Bob – Aphrodite Darkening

Carrying on from the murder in Paphos, the criminal gang meet up to decide the best way to deal with the perpetrator and protect their ‘business interests.’ Intriguing stuff!

Irene – Air travel

Irene recounts her memories of air travel from a childhood flight to Scotland, a bad experience with Ryanair. Then Canada, various places in Europe but her favorite place is Cyprus!

Jackie - Travelling at the speed of. . .

Booking a flight in a hot air balloon for the first time, with her husband who has a fear of heights. Landing at dusk, the recovery crew could not get to them, so they had to ‘manhandle’ the gondola and semi-inflated balloon to the crew This attracted the attention of the local police who wondered what the fire was all about. An unforgettable experience.

John E. The grandfather paradox.

A man wakes up in total darkness and seemingly paralyzed, but he can feel pain. A voice is talking but only in his head. The voice is one of his descendants from the future who wants to know why people are killing each other. Thought provoking stuff.

Patti – The Grand Canyon

On a journey to USA, Patti and family visit the Grand Canyon, a flight is on the cards, Helicopter or aeroplane? Her family opt for the plane, and an American family take the chopper. But only one family make it back!

John G.- Colonists

The world is dying and mankind is searching for a new home planet, They go on a forty year exploratory flight, the crew going into cryogenics, so they only age a couple of years by the time they get back. To be continued. . .
