We have left the minutes a few days to include a mention of the funeral of our good friend and long standing member of the group, Nicos Protopapas. The church in Peyia was very well attended with family and friends, many gathered at his home in Coral Bay later. Nicos, and his interesting stories will be sadly missed at our meetings.

Maurice began the meeting recommending two, well-written books he has read over the summer. Val McDermotts ' Anatomy of Crime ' and ' The Fire in Fiction ' by Donald Maass.
