As most of you know, we are now involved with the writing of a new novel, entitled 'All flights cancelled' and it is to be written by members wishing to take part. Each member are free to choose their own character and write approximately seven thousand words to be integrated with other members’ characters. You can, if you wish have a secondary character. It is going to take a few years (!) to complete so happy writing to all.

Discussion on book project.
Project notes Number 1 are available on the PWG website in third person narrative under 'Events'. Click on project notes, it will go straight to 'word' and 'All flights cancelled'.
Stewart read an extract from his character 'Gabriel'
Nikki read about her characters, Clare Louise Warmley and Callum Preston, who are involved in the making of a TV programme called ‘“I do” located on an island’.
Caroline read 'The Shed’, which involved her character Sister Michael, a nun.
A discussion followed on 'Word' and it was recommended that we all use the same indent, suggested font being 12 in Times New Roman. JG has sent a template to the group, which should be used to submit your part of the novel.
Dee read about her character Alex Dalton who is a phycologist.
Coffee break: 11.00 am to 11.15 am
Jennie continued with a PWG Training presentation on an introduction to 'Dropbox' which can be downloaded and printed from the tutorials page of this website. Dropbox access has been given to all members and all the files will be held in under the PWG files. Good luck to everyone on this project.
We are now on our summer break and meetings will resume on Thursday 7th September at Neo’s, so plenty of time to work on the new project.
Thanks to all who attended, happy writing.
