P.W.G Minutes of the Meeting on 20 October 2016

VENUE: Neo’s Sports Club, Peyia.

The meeting began with a discussion on the P.W.G website account.

John submitted a bill for setup and domain costs.

Jennie announced coverage of the school poetry competition from various newspapers.

The prize giving is planned for the afternoon of Thursday 10th November from 2:30 until 4:00, in our usual room at Neo’s. Tea and coffee etc. will be available and the little bar will be open. Please try to attend if you can. If anyone is able to bring a cake, that will be most welcome too.

John has ordered books for the prizes from Amazon. Painting and writing equipment for runners up will be sourced locally.
